We are not certain of any start date - Financing is difficult with the ongoing credit crunch for any new project. Prices are sure to be higher than TRUMP TOWERS - with realtively the same location, but we are taking names for Plaza Presales, whenever that may be.

Seven towers (671 feet high and taller) will make up The Plaza LAS VEGAS, which will contain a total of 4,100 hotel rooms, 2,600 condos, and a 175,900 square foot casino when complete.
The condos will be residential high-rise condos only. No hotel-condos.

The Plaza Las Vegas hotel and casino, a multi-billion dollar megaresort, will replace the New Frontier which was imploded on The Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, November 13, 2007. The Plaza Las Vegas project is a joint venture of Elad properties, an Israeli-owned real estate investment group, and the IDB Group. Elad properties purchased the New Frontier for more than U.S. $1.2 billion in May 2007.
